Camille van Havre · yoga teacher

I guide you to cultivate self-awareness

Hatha · Yin Yoga · Yoga Nidra · Brussels

A speech therapist by training, a yoga teacher by calling. My approach brings together body, mind and self-awareness, to help you find your own balance.

Observe your body, feel grounded, and leave with tools to cultivate greater self-awareness.

about

A practice rooted in the body, the mind and self-awareness.

A qualified speech therapist since 2021, I know how much communication matters, between body and mind. My 200-hour yoga teacher training course with Yogalife, seven months travelling in Latin America and a daily practice have shaped what I offer today.

my approach

Help you reconnect with what your body already knows.

My practice involves yoga, speech therapy, and Psychopedagogy of Perception (ongoing training). The body isn't a tool to perfect, it's a source of wisdom in itself.

classes

Three ways to practise, the same attention.

A yoga studio in Brussels, mats rolled out.

In studio

Practise in community, in the warm, family-like spirit of a yoga studio.

A one-to-one yoga session at home.

One-to-one class

Personalised guidance, at your home, shaped around your own pace and what you need right now.

A yoga session in a workplace.

With colleagues

A shared moment to restore your presence and balance at work.

An outdoor yoga class at an event.

Your event

A yoga class for a particular occasion: team building, hen or stag parties, festivals. I travel anywhere in Belgium.

In Camille's yoga classes, you can feel her love for music seeping into every moment. It's like she's guiding you through each pose with the rhythm of her being.

Practicing with her brings a sense of calm and connection that stays with you long after the class ends. It's not just about the movements; it's about the way she infuses the session with her genuine passion. I have seen her class as a critical observer and I had an immediate urge to join. The word that comes in my mind about her class is "Frequency". You can surely feel it.
