Camille van Havre

Speech therapist and yoga teacher. I guide you with attention to both what is said and what lives in your body, what you truly experience, beyond words.

a single path

two trainings, one direction

Speech therapy taught me the importance of framework and detailed observation: how we communicate beyond words. Yoga arrived during my studies, almost out of necessity, and showed me the intelligence of the body.

These are not two separate journeys. It's one intention: to support you in reconnecting with yourself. Are you ready to spread your wings?

the journey

finding my own ground, to better hold space for others

Seven months crossing Peru, Bolivia, Colombia and Mexico taught me to face my fears, to affirm myself, and to see things from a different angle. From this journey I gained clarity: to share the tools of yoga and speech therapy with others.

what it changes, in class

a practice grounded in observing, listening and adapting

I build each session with you. This approach, far more than just postures, is what guides my work.

what now?

shall we talk?

One-to-one, at work, an event or simply out of curiosity, there’s always a good reason to write.
