I'm Camille. In 2016, my sensitivity, empathy and curiosity led me to study speech therapy, which helped me to a better understanding of the importance of communication.
The need to deepen my quest for myself led me to start my yoga journey. I realised that the body reflects our thoughts and emotions. This experience awakened in me the call to guide others towards better self-awareness and understanding.

My approach
Providing a safe and kind/authentic environment in which I can welcome you as you are is important to me. Yoga is a real life philosophy where the aim is to achieve a sense of alignment between body and mind. It's all about making room for the present moment and greater self-awareness.
